Floral Creations by Kelly is a woman-owned business founded in 2004, inspired by requests from friends & family to design florals for weddings, parties, & special occasions. While I’ve chosen to keep my business small & personal, I bring years of expertise, passion, & care to every bouquet I create.
My passion for flowers began in my childhood in Louisiana, where I spent cherished moments gathering blooms with my grandmother. I’ve always loved flowers & nature & I enjoy bringing that beauty indoors to brighten our spaces. My mission is to bring happiness to my clients by designing unique floral creations they’ll be proud to share with friends, family, & colleagues.
In addition to my floral work, my husband & I are dedicated to serving the Hillsboro & Westside communities through our other ventures: Extract Away Carpet Services, Inc. Tailored Floral Experiences
At Floral Creations by Kelly, I create arrangements for every occasion—from everyday flowers & thank-you gifts to get-well bouquets, special celebrations, & boutique events. I pride myself on using only the freshest flowers available — never last week’s leftovers! Every design is tailored to your needs, ensuring your arrangement is truly unique & personal, never a cookie-cutter creation.
- Wrapped flower/plant arrangements start at $75.
- Vase arrangements start at $95.
- Delivery Fees:
- FREE delivery within a 1-mile radius of me.
- $5 for 2-3 miles from my location.
- For longer distances, $1 per additional mile (one way).
- Large events may require additional trips & will be individually quoted.
I deliver to hospitals, care centers, offices, homes, schools, & other venues throughout Hillsboro & the greater Westside Portland Metro area.
Payment Options:
I accept cash, checks, & credit cards, but I gladly prefer Venmo or Zelle, as they are fee-free options.
Bulk Flower Options
Looking for flowers for a large project or special occasion? I now offer bulk flower purchasing to help bring your vision to life. With access to over two acres of blooms and connections to eight trusted suppliers, I can source a wide variety of fresh flowers to suit both your needs and your creativity!
Bulk Order Pricing:
- The minimum service fee is $75
(which includes 3 hours for ordering, pickup, and delivery). - Additional time is charged at $20 per hour.
- Flower food for water is included.
- Flower prep is available at an additional price.
(removing leaves, trimming stems, buckets, etc.)
Please provide at least two weeks’ notice for bulk orders to ensure I can secure everything you need.
